Project management
The project manager designs the project, coordinates the studies and directs the execution of the work until acceptance. SOLIVO assumes this role from start to finish, from the sketch to ENEDIS commissioning, with one objective: that the delivered work strictly complies with the designed work.
Project management: The conductor of the execution
The MOE designs the project and coordinates the studies, prepares the consultation, manages the studies and monitors the work. According to the contract, it integrates the OPC, EXE, DET and AOR missions.
Who decides?
And you ? You remain the project owner: you define the needs, the objectives, the budget and the schedule, you choose the participants, you validate the major decisions and you accept the work. Our mission is always carried out under your authority.

What we do- Project design and study coordination, from sketch to PRO file
- Constitution of the DCE and preparation of the business consultation
- Assistance in awarding works contracts (ACT)
- Visa of execution studies produced by installers
- Work execution management (DET) and site coordination (OPC)
- Checking compliance with safety standards and installation techniques
- Organization of OPRs, assistance with reception operations (AOR), ENEDIS commissioning
